It also helps ground you by connecting you to the earth as your weight drops down into the legs and feet.

It can also deeply connect you to memories, histories and experiences held in the body. When you attend one of our groups, it provides a safe, contained space to share and acknowledge what may be stimulated by the dance if you wish to do so.
